Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro participant as well as a model. In the wake of quitting her childhood career in gymnastics Ariel started competing in fitness events at the age of sixteen. Within a year, she earned her Pro Card when she was 17. Ariel Khadr competes as an IFBB Fitness Pro model, and is sponsored by Ariel Khadr. She began participating in fitness competitions when she was 16 after quitting her childhood gymnastics career. She earned her Pro Card just one year later, at the age of 17. She was an IFBB Pro at the age of 17. She was also one of the oldest IFBB Pro ever. After she earned her Pro Card Ariel left for six years from the show to pursue her education at college. She came back in 2015 and continued from her previous place of competing in top competitions such as The Toronto Pro Supershow, and Mr. Olympia. She competed for several years after her debut, establishing higher targets for herself every year. For 2009 alone, 4 brand new fitness titles were added to her list. She was also the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals champion, which made her one of the oldest IFBB Fitness Pro (at age 17) in history. Ariel completed her first six years of contest to earn her college degree. After earning her IFBB Fitness Pro Card Ariel was able to make a comeback in the Phoenix Europa Games 2015 in October. The show was a success and she came in third. In the summer of 2016, she took the first prize at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. It qualified her to compete in to compete in the Fitness Olympia. She stepped on the Olympia stage three months later taking home 6th place in the Fitness Division. Ariel was thrilled to have placed 6th at the level of Fitness despite being completely unprepared. Ariel was competing against the top athletes. Ariel's body continues to grow every year. Ariel prefers to exercise her back. The exercises she uses to strengthen her back include bent-over rows on the machine with single arm pull downs with lats. Her usual routine is to warm up before moving on to the work outs. Ariel is extremely efficient with her time. How she does this is by supersetting her back exercises. A total of three or four supersets with 10-12 reps is done.
